Monaco is a very small town located in between France and Italy. The airport to get to Monaco is a French Airport called Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport. This Nice Airport is a one hour flight from the airport of Paris. There is also a train from Paris to Monaco but it take about 5 hours for the train ride. Flying is still the best and most practical and the cheapest way.

For low air fares you can go to the Easyjet web site and you will find very low airfares from Paris to Nice or from London to Nice.

Once you arrive in the Nice-Côte d’Azur Aiport – there are 3 ways to get to the center of Monaco. The easiest way is to take a taxi from the Nice Airport and it will be a 30 minute ride to the center of Monaco.

Another way to quickly get to Monaco and its sometimes cheaper than a taxi is by helicopter. The company is called HeliAir Monaco. Its a 7 minute helicopted ride. Its a beautiful and very pleasant ride that shows you the famous blue coast of France and the cost is sometimes cheaper than a taxi at €95 to €100 per seat in the helicopter. We highly recommend this enjoyable helicopter ride. Get your camera ready to take some amazing pictures. You will love it. The cheapest way to get from the Nice Airport to the center of Monaco is the good old Bus. There is an Airport bus that goes from the Nice Airport to the Center of Monaco called the Casino Square. Its a 45 minute bus ride and the price is about €12 Euros.

The bus, the Helicopter and the private car or Taxi tickets can all be bought through the Internet or in the airport itself.
