Intellectual property
Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of all or part of the elements and information composing this site is forbidden. Its contents is available for private and non-collective usage. The intellectual property code authorising, in conformity with article L. 122-5.2° and 3°a, on one hand, only “copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the private usage of the copyist and not intended for collective use” and, on the other hand, only “analyses and short quotes as an example and illustration,” any representation or reproduction, whether in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author or his legal successors or beneficiaries is illicit” (art. L. 122-4). This representation or reproduction, by any process whatsoever, would thus constitute infringement, sanctioned by articles L. 335-2 and following of the intellectual property code.

In conformity with the provisions of the law n°98-536 of July 1, 1998 implementing in the Intellectual Property Code the Directive 96/9 IT of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases, the Monaco Charity Association is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases composing the present site.
